As the global market place begins to shape the world and habits of people all over China, ASX listed online to offline (O2O) solutions provider, eCargo Holdings Limited (ASX:ECG) (“ECG”) looks to join hands with China media darling, celebrity and key opinion leader Heidi Dugan. This strategic alliance will provide holistic solutions to Chinese consumers by offering products and services that target health, wellness and natural beauty. The joining of these two forces will be the answer many brands are looking for to enter the China market with a cost effective, low risk and high impact strategy.

China is a fast-growing market with constantly changing policies, market fluctuations and a multiple of ways to navigate online/offline sales and marketing efforts – It can be overwhelming, risky, and expensive. Having the right team on your side that are experts in distribution, logistics and marketing to help you integrate and connect with your consumer, is imperative.

We are creating an online platform supported by offline events, where Chinese consumers can trust and get to know the brands better, the stories behind them and how they can be relevant to their lives and lifestyle. The product range will be carefully curated and hand- selected for their quality and relevance to the Chinese market.

Heidi Dugan, Founder and Director of Heidi海蒂

“Consumers will come to our platform not just to buy another product, they will come because they want to make positive life changes and the products we offer can help them do that. The selection on offer will be made up of Western brands presented in a way that suits and fits into the lifestyle of our Chinese consumer. This also gives me the opportunity to work more closely with the brands to find ways to help them open the door and enter into the homes of the Chinese, to really connect with the people, which will lead to sales and stable growth for the brands.”
